About Wild Paws
Wild Paws Wildlife Shelter is a not for profit organisation, dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and release of sick, injured & orphaned native Australian wildlife.
We specialise in a wide variety of species ranging from possums & gliders, wombats, bats & flying foxes, birds, reptiles among others.
We share our home and dedicate our time to feeding the animals, collecting natural food supplies, cleaning, administering medication and going out on rescues.
We are 100% volunteer and don’t receive any government funding, so we rely on our day time jobs and regular donations from kind members of the public to be able to run the shelter and care for the animals.
Wild Paws is located at the foot hills of the Dandenong Ranges, east of Melbourne.
